Return Policy
At SL Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your remote is faulty or not working as expected, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition with all packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Remotes that have been programmed or physically damaged are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
